We work with large claims complains and loss adjuster to make sure the claim runs smoothly.
How this works:
- We will send out our surveyor who will compile a report, who will then report back to your claims advisors with the cause of damage, repair method, photos and cost.
- The claims advisor will report this back to your insurance company.
- Once we hear back and have full authorisation for the works to continue the repair team will repair. We can contact the claims advisor and obtain authorisation from to carry out repairs the same day.
